Keira Knightley
Knightley was born in London, the daughter of Will Knightley and Sharman Mcdonald. Knightley was able to get her first agent at the age of six years old. Then she began to work in commercials and TV. She was in 1999 when she portrayed Sabe for the role of Sabe Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. She broke through in the 2002 sports film Bend It Like Beckham, in which she was adolescent football player. It was in the year 2003 that Elizabeth Swann, a protagonist in the fantasy film Pirates of the Caribbean became very well-known. She was in the romance film Love Actually (2003) and was considered a promising young actress. Knightley earned the Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in the role of Elizabeth Bennet in Pride & Prejudice (2005). In addition to Atonement as a character, she acted as Georgiana Cavendish, the tastemaker in The Duchess and Anna Karenina's character in the title socialite. In the contemporary dramas she played an aspiring music student as in Begin Again (2012) and the role of a doctor in Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit (2013). Knightley returned to historic films with The Imitation Game in 2014 in which she received an nomination for an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress.
