Kolber is a native of Pennsylvania who earned her master's diploma in graduate studies at The University of Miami. Her professional journey began as a video coordinator at CBS Sports in New York City. When she was working for WTVJ-TV, Miami, she was awarded an Sports Emmy. Also, she worked for WPLG-TV Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. In 1993, as ESPN2 was launched in the year 1993, she was one of the anchors who first joined it. She worked at ESPN2 between 1993 and 1999, before joining Fox Sports. In 1999, she was re-admitted to ESPN and is currently the host for 'Monday Night Countdown'.
